I love to travel, and I love to eat. I also love sharing and writing about restaurants that I find all over the world on my travels.
Some are the city centre fine dining types, and some are the rustic, 4-tables-and-a-dog types, tucked away in a little hillside village.

I use some of the influences of my travels, along with my Peruvian heritage, to create some new and interesting dishes, and also put a Latino slant on some traditional recipes too.
